Heavy snowfall can slow Link down, and so can a lot of sand. The Snow Boots and Sand Boots can stop this problem when you don't have Zonai Devices to get around.

You can obtain these pieces of armor as soon as you reach Gerudo Town. They are located in the Gerudo Secret Club, a shop known to sell items for Voe (or males). The club is secret due to the lack of men around Gerudo Town. First, you will want to enter into the tunnels to the left of the Gerudo Town Shelter.

Turning left when you fall into the tunnels will lead you to the Gerudo Town Shelter. Turning right is the way you want to go. Once you go that way, you'll be met with a fork in the road. Turn right again.

You'll soon come to a rock wall, destroy it and the others that follow. Use the Ascend Ability in the last room.

This will lead you to the Gerudo Secret Club, the location of the boots.

The Snow Boots offer 3 base defense and can be enhanced further. They also offer a faster walking speed in deep snow. This can be essential when you're walking around the Rito region of the map. Finally, they can be dyed in the Hateno Village Dye Shop.

The boots will be on display in the shop. You can purchase them for 1,300 Rupees.

These boots are very similar to the Snow Boots. They offer 3 base defense and can be enhanced at the Great Fairy Fountains. They also increase your speed while walking in the sand. This is essential if you want to explore the desert surrounding Gerudo Town. They can also be dyed at the Hateno Village Dye Shop.

These boots are slightly less and cost 1,200 Rupees in the shop.
