“I’m 78 and my youthful skin is all down to this £10 Boots anti

The No7 anti-ageing serum is usually £34.95 and has been reduced to £10 as part of Boots' weekly £10 Tuesday offers

A woman in her 70s has attributed her youthful looking skin to a Boots-own brand serum that claims to reduce ‘even the deepest, most stubborn lines and wrinkles’. The No7 product has been slashed to just £10 for one day only.

No7 Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum is usually £34.95, so shoppers can save nearly £25 on the anti-ageing skin saviour online at Boots until midnight tonight (May 9).

Said to be the brands ‘most supercharged serum’, it's designed to be applied directly to lines and wrinkles for ‘fast, visible results’.

The serum has almost 800 five star reviews from shoppers who say it's the secret to looking younger, while others have ditched the idea of botox for the ‘life-changing’ No7 product.

One wrote: "I am 79 in July but I get complimented constantly on my youthful skin. All down to No7," while a second added: "I am 78 and people don't believe me when I tell them. I have used all No7 products for years and I am now benefiting from it."

Meanwhile, a third wrote: "Omg, this serum has been life changing. I'd been trying to save up for botox but with the cost of living crisis it was impossible so thought I'd give the booster serum a try.

"I had low expectations to be honest as my forehead wrinkles were quite stubborn, but wow, I've only been using it 10 days, morning and night and already seen that the lines are less noticeable which in turn has really boosted my self-confidence."

No7 Serums are designed to be used underneath your moisturiser to help them penetrate deeper into the skin. Customers only need to use a pea sized amount morning and evening, so the 15ml tube should last a while.Beauty fans can also use it as a booster by mixing one or two drops into your moisturiser, eye cream or foundation to supercharge products with a boost of line smoothing power.

The serum contains Matrixyl 3000+, which is No7's powerful peptide blend that supports the skin's natural springs providing elasticity and bounce, which depletes naturally as we age. It's powered to target six key wrinkle zones, including the forehead, crows feet, lip, between brows, under eyes and nasolabial folds.

Not everyone was impressed with the results after using the serum, though, with one commenting: "I've been using this cream for ages now after a lovely lady at Boots convinced me this will work almost as good as injections..it doesn't."

Another wrote: "I have been using this for over a month but no difference at all . Was told it was like Botox in a bottle. Unfortunately not."

It's important to note that shoppers are unlikely to see immediate results from the serum - but according to Boots, 83 per cent of women saw their best age-defying results using No7 Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum in a study that was conducted over eight weeks.

At £10, the No7 Laboratories Line Correcting Booster serum is much cheaper than the new Future Renew range from the brand, which promise to reverse the signs of ageing and skin damage. However, Boots also currently has £10 off the ‘first of a kind’ collection if you use the code REVERSE10 at the checkout.

Even more products have been reduced as part of the weekly £10 Tuesday deal, though, including this Olay Regenerist Overnight Miracle Firming Face Mask, which is also £10 on Amazon, and the NIVEA Cellular Luminous 630 Anti-Dark Circle Eye Cream, which was £26.99 down to £10 - or is £13.49 at Amazon.

You can shop all of the Boots £10 Tuesday deals here - but they’ll only be reduced until midnight.
